Details

Going forward web pages can start running in the background. It therefore becomes increasingly important to be able to manage permissions in a centralized fashion. We could group that by being able to clear cookies, storage, and other such data on a per-page (scope is origin or eTLD+1 I suppose) basis.
As suggested by Freddy a start would be merging about:permissions into about:preferences.
