1138972 - Fail to remember last used printer

Firefox no longer offers the last used printer as the initial choice when printing.  It is stuck on the same initial choice.  This is independent of the Windows default printer choice.

As you can see from the regression, this had been around for a long time.

However, it appears to be "fixed" in 37 Beta 2.  It was broken in 37 Beta 1.  I am confused!

I found the above so astonishing (particularly after scanning the changelog) that I installed 37B1 again.  Verified that it FAILS on 37B1 and works correctly on 37B2.

based on the regression range in comment#1 and the comment that it works again in 37b1 I'm sure that this is bug 1136855 (that fix got backported to 37)
