Description:
When an app is being downloaded from Marketplace, the string "Downloading {{ appName }}" is too close to the icon on the notification tray.

Pre-requisite: Have Wi-Fi or cell data connected.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150303010233.
2) Set the device language in Arabic under Settings > Language.
3) Open Marketplace, and download any app.
4) Pull down the notification tray while downloading.

Actual:
There is no space between the icon and "جاري تنزيل {{ appName }}".

Expected:
The string "جاري تنزيل {{ appName }}" is aligned correctly.

This issue also reproduces on Flame 2.2.

Result: There is no space between the icon and "جاري تنزيل {{ appName }}".

Actual Result:

This issue cannot be reproduced on latest FlameKK&AriesKK v2.5 build by the same STR in comment 0.
Actual result:Observe the downloading app on Notifications menu, the appropriate space is displayed between the icon and the text.
