Description:
Improperly formated parenthesis  - RTL is taking end of sentence punctuation and flipping it on the vertical axis and moving it to the end (far left side) of the sentence which is turning a set of parenthesis into two open parenthesis. 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150303010233
2) Launch Settings
3) Select Privacy Controls 
4) Select Remote Protection

Actual:
Improper punctuation / parenthesis formatting

Expected:
Changing to RTL will not flip and move a closing parenthesis
