Description:
Pages under Privacy Controls > Transparency Control are not mirrored correctly and they leave out blank spaces on the right; in LTR those spaces are for the arrows/carets, and it seems in RTL the formatting just forgets to use those spaces.

Prerequisite:
In RTL language (Arabic)

STR:
1) Go to Settings > Privacy Controls > Transparency Control, and observe the page
2) Go further into Permissions page, and observe

Expected for (1) and (2): Contents fill out the page without leaving excessive amount of space

Actual for (1) and (2): An unusual amount of space shows on the right side of the page. See LTR and RTL comparison screenshots.

There is no "Privacy Controls" on latest build of AriesKK_v2.5, so we can't check wheather this issue exist on AriesKK2.5.

The "Privacy Controls" in Settings has been removed on v2.5&master build.
