Developers should be able to attach unobfuscated source code by Marketplace developers submission page. This will avoid problems with developers sending unobfuscated source code to the public (other developers) and with this feature the source code sent will be reviewed only by reviewer team at Marketplace.

What's missing is ideally a way to attach that from within the submission flow, or perhaps more trivially an explanation & link to the commbadge thread for the version (is that even possible while the version is being submitted?)
