On the left side of the website there is a small banner about "ENEM" and it's done with Flash.
STR: scroll down and up and then stop.
The "image" of the banner will be in 2 places now - 1 is the correct and the other one is just where it was before.
If you mouse over, scroll again or minimize, it disappears.
This problem doesn't happen without e10s enabled.
I'm on Windows 7 - D3D (OMTC) - D2D 1.1 - Intel HD3000

Yes, nothing changed since I filled this bug.
It's easier to reproduce without smooth scrolling.
