I see the following erro when the Login Manager (about:passwords) is trying to get favicon data from Java:

JavaScript Error: "Image corrupt or truncated: data:image/png;base64, <lots of image data>

I assume the data was truncated somehow. I see one of three images in my example.
This sounds like fallout from bug 1103267.
