From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.01; Windows NT 5.0) BuildID: 2001112013 After creating a folder in Manage Bookmarks, I am suppose to be able to double-click the folder and select file|new folder to create a sub-folder with in it. Instead, I see the folder create and put AFTER the one I selected. I am running the Create-folder test from the test-case matric for bookmarks (Front-end testing suite). I reproduced this on openVMS (build 2001112014) as well as Linux (build 2001112013) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.open Manage bookmarks 2.double click on a folder 3.click file|new folder Actual Results: You see the new folder created after the selected folder Expected Results: You should have created a sub-folder inside the selected folder
The whole bookmarks widgit has been replaced recently. Please try this with a more recent build.
just wanted to mention this is only a problem on empty folders. I dragged and dropped a bookmark into the empty folder, then I was able to create the sub-folder in it. Hope this info is usefull.
Works for me using build 2001120703 on Win2K (with both empty and non-empty folders). Jay, can you can reproduce this with a more recent build?
I just tried this on a build from source I pulled yesterday and the problem does indeed appear fixed. Jay, M0.9.7 should be out before Christmas if all goes well. Can you verify the problem is fixed once you have that release. Thanks.
