We talked about this in Portland a bit. As it stands right now, RelMan blindly copies changesets from the l10n dashboard into Ship It. They don't review them or take special action if there's pending sign offs, or anything like that. There's no reason we shouldn't have a script do this instead. Axel, IIRC you talked about either already having, or writing a simple endpoint that we could hit that would give us the changesets for a specific branch. Can you remind me what if it is if exists already? If not, let's get a bug on file.
