114059 - Composer displays some cells in tables with many columns incorrectly

When creating a table with 20 or more columns, the cells at the right end of the
rows are shown disproportionately less wide (compared to the rest of the row). 
When the document is saved, IE displays the table correctly, and Navigator
displays the table incorrectly -- but with a different amount of thin cells than
Composer displayed.  Also, this doesn't seem to be a redraw problem, when the
view is refreshed (by clicking on another tab and back, or minimizing
maximizing), the cells remain different sizes.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Composer.
2. Insert a table with 2 rows, 20 columns.
3. Click below the table, hit enter, and insert another table with 2 rows and 30
columns.
4. Repeat step 3, but use 40 columns.
5. Save the document.
6. Open the document with IE.
7. Open the document with Navigator.

Actual Results:  A few cells at the right side of the table are more thin than
the rest of the cells in the table.  The size of the cells (and the amount of
thin cells) will vary between Composer, Navigator and IE.

Expected Results:  The page should display the same in both browsers as well as
Preview in Composer.  All cells in the table should be the same size.

This was also tested on a 98SE machine.

I agree that it is odd the tables are homogeneously sized in composer when the
page is created, but yet they display different in the browser when the saved
page is opened. The HTML looks normal to me and so I think this is probably a
table layout issue. I also bet this is a duplicate.
