1140980 - UI DE: Button for Return Receipts - "Global Settings" height decreases with dialog width

Steps how to reproduce  with German Seamonkey 2.33.B1 Build 20150223174142 on German WIN7 64bit:

1. Launch MailNews, German UI
2. Menu 'Edit ► Preferences ► Mail & Newsgroups Account settings
   ► Return Receipts
   » Dialog appears
3. From maximum width slowly decrease dialog width
   Bug: suddenly height of button becomes reduced

a) I also tested English, French, Spanish UI, problem did not appear
b) Effect seems to be related to some very particular conditions in
   German UI like text length in surrounding paragraphs, whatever else
c) but I doubt that it effect really is related to language. More 
   probably: Layout of texts and elements in dialog.
d) Thunderbird is not affected (no resizable dialogs)

e) in other preferences (not "Mail-and-Newsgroups" all dialogs seem to have
   a minimum width. May be the simple reason for the problem is that that
   minimum border does not work for "Mail and Newsgroup" prefereces?

The actual culprit seems to be the length of the requestReceipt.label of the #identity.request_return_receipt_on checkbox in am-mdn.xul.
For some yet-to-be-discovered reason, it does wrap in the 'de' case and becomes two lines, which then minimizes the space available for the button.
(I didn't dive into the layout here.)

I'm seeing it under Linux 64Bit, btw.

I did not see that problem with  SeaMonkey 2.39a1 Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; 
WOW64; rv:42.0 from official download area)  Gecko/20100101  
Firefox/42.0 (Classic Theme) on German WIN7 64bit
