Hi Norry - thanks for filing. If you look at the keyboard when you click on Shift, the appropriate Arabic question mark should be available, as shown on https://moztrap.mozilla.org/media/attachments/2015/03/04/Shift.png
Asking UX if this is OK, or if the Arabic question mark should rather by default appear on the Numbers and Symbols section of the keyboard. Thanks

I would expect that, if the keyboard is indeed Arabic, that any punctuation would also be Arabic as well, but Delphine's comment #1 is acceptable as well. I would not block on this.

Triage: P2
Not blocking as per comment 2 but definitely a "good to have"
Priority: -- → P2
Test case has been added in moztrap:

Hi William,
This Problem can be reproduced on latest build of Flame 2.2/3.0, N5 2.2/3.0 by the STR in comment 0.
Could you have someone to help with this bug?
Many thanks!

Hi, everyone,
Sorry to jump in.
This should be an invalid bug.
The question mark is designed for number keyboard (English), not Arabic keyboard.
The another question mark (Arabic) had been placed on Arabic keyboard
(As picture shown - QUESTION_MARK_IN_KEYBOARDS.png)
If we change the question mark, it will impact i18n.
Many thanks.
