Away from the machine that exhibits this problem atm, but I'll correct this bug later if I find that I've remembered incorrectly.
STR (possibly):
- Load Firefox - At this point, I have several tabs open (including several pinned tabs)
- Suspend machine
- Resume at a later time (say, a few hours later)
Expected:
- Machine resumes, Firefox works as normal
Actual:
- Machine resumes, Firefox warns for every add-on that's installed that it might be performing slowly (but otherwise works as normal).
Unless this is just the machine being under load after a resume, could this indicate it relies on wall-clock time? If so, could you replicate this by just setting the clock to a future date?

ok, I never got the time to test this, but I also haven't seen this issue in a long time so I think it must've been fixed? Marking as worksforme anyway, someone else that experiences it feel free to reopen.
