1141223 - Deploy new Android 2.3 AVD to tooltool

In bug 989343, a new AVD bundle for Android 2.3 tests has been created and tested on try. It has these advantages over the existing AVD:
 - significantly smaller size
 - background data disabled
 - slightly newer kernel
 - various settings tweaked

I would like http://people.mozilla.org/~gbrown/AVDs-armv7a-gingerbread-build-2015-03-09-ubuntu.tar.gz deployed to tooltool. Its sha512sum is 9d538d8fc9e1aa2851e825386e6e947c0e076e5ff425afc853f07a18675045971b8acc5.


The AVD currently used by Android 2.3 tests was deployed in bug 961284; that needs to remain on tooltool until all tests are switched over to use the new AVD.

I truncated the sha512sum in the description. The actual sha512sum of the AVD bundle is:
