In theory this is a trivial config change but it will allow us greater control over some things VS docker native driver... Also LXC has improved considerably over last few months so it's potentially more mature for some operations.

(This in theory is simple config change and no more)

With recent changes to docker, the immediate need for LXC is no longer evident.  Closing for now because it's not necessary.
