114154 - Tooltips block messages from being selected

When a column in threadpane is not wide enough to accomodate contents, when you
mouseover the message, a tooltip pops up which shows entire content. However the
tooltip appears right above the message, preventing it from being selected.
Clicking on tooltip does nothing, in order to select the message you have to
either be very quick with your clicking, or resize the column so tooltip doesn't
appear.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Resize one of mail threadpane columns (for example Subject) so that text in
it gets truncated.
2. Mouseover the message.
3. Try to select it.

Actual Results: Tooltip blocks the message from being selected

Expected results: Tooltip appears below mouse pointer, giving access to the message.

And it should be...

Expected results: Tooltip appears directly over the text, but clicking the
tooltip selected the message.
