User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:39.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/39.0 Build ID: 20150310030235 Steps to reproduce: In Nightly or Firefox, I visit www.skyword.com and receive the error given. This has happened before but was resolved until this past weekend. I installed the updates (for Nightly) that came out last night and this morning, my time, hoping they would fix it, but it still happens. Actual results: See image attached Expected results: I should have been allowed to log into my account like normal.
Hardware: x86 → x86_64
I didn't manage to reproduce this with FF 39. Can you please try to reproduce it using safe mode (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-safe-mode), to be sure that the bug is not related with any of the installed add-ons .
Flags: needinfo?(rivermikerat)
Safe mode same thing. Try to actually get to the login page. https://write.skyword.com/login.action;jsessionid=4A7CF11947B6646EF342DE555CFD0B77

I'm running regular FF at the moment and I can log in to my Dashboard on the Skyword site with it. I'm going to give Nightly a try in the morning it's pretty late right now. I only discovered that I could login using FF because the company's support group replied to my email wondering what version of FF I was using so I had to close Nightly (which has been acting a bit weird with not responding more than usual) and open FF to check. It's version 37.0.
Fixed.
