I have submitted feedback to the bank via an online form on 2015-03-10 to urge them to enable more modern cipher suites. I'll add a comment here if they respond.

Looks like https://ebanking.ocbcwhhk.com/ has been fixed, but https://ocbcwhhk.com/ and https://www.ocbcwhhk.com/ are still broken.
