Details

We should be able to grant editing/admin permissions on Nucleus to release managers/drivers from both products without allowing either to accidentally overwrite information from each other's notes. Please make it possible to grant permission only to release notes creation/editing with Thunderbird* and then with Firefox*

Thunderbird is now hosting its own release notes. So AIUI we no longer needs the capability mentioned in com=
