[1.Description]:
[RTL][v2.2&v3.0][Settings]Select a wifi to enter the join view, if the passwords are invisible, the text with LTR language will be read right to left during inputting in join SSID view.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Set your phone language to Arabic.
2.Launch settings and select "Wi-Fi".
3.Tap a SSID to enter the join view.
4.Input the passwords with LTR language.
5.Check "Show password".

[3.Expected Result]: 
4.The text with LTR language should be read left to right during inputting.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4.The text with LTR language will be read right to left during inputting.
5.The text with LTR language will be read left to right.

According to the STR in comment 0, this issue is verified not happen on latest Flame v2.2&3.0 and N5 v2.2&3.0 build.
if anyone can repro it, reopen again.
