I can reproduce this 100% of the time here on mac: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=syEuNexY-S4 The bad frames happen at different times but I get them every single playback.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MBaCMj2XlS0 Noticed on this video too. It's not appearing with Chrome. avc1.4d401f [Tracking Requested - why for this release]: Regression on youtube.

Florin, can someone from your team check if this is reproducible on 37 and 38 and help us find the regression window? Thanks!

Tried to reproduce this a bit today with both videos attached (720p@60 & 1080p@60) but could not reproduce the corrupt frames on a Mac here or on my Windows 7 x64 machine. Note that I get mp4 with avc1.4d4020. I'll try to have a look on the other 2 Macs we have here to see if it reproduces. I'm leaving the needinfo on for that.
I'm seeing this (and many other) videos stuttering.

I'm leaving the needinfo on for that. We've tried this on two other Macs running OS X 10.9.5, but still without any success. Latest Nightly 39 and Aurora 38 were used for testing. Removing the needinfo as we cannot seem to be able to reproduce the issue.

I gave this a try as well on MacOS 10.10 and wasn't able to reproduce these issues. Benoit, what do you think a good next step would be?
Benoit, what specific model of Mac do you have? We haven't been able to reproduce it. Is this on your machine at the office or at home? Any addons that might be affecting the issue? Anthony, QA wasn't able to reproduce this, do you want to investigate further?

I was running without e10s when this was occuring.
Seeing it at the start of this video: https://archive.org/details/EVAGoPro I'm still on 10.10.0
This is most likely a dup of 1153469. Re-open if you can still repro it.
