Environment: FF 37.0b5 Build Id: 20150312193711 STR: 1. Go to youtube.com 2. Start a video an press fullscreen. 3. Check "Remember decision for youtube.com" and press "Deny". Issue: There is no easy way to go fullscreen in youtube videos on this profile(the easieast fix is from about:permissions, and not many users know about that page).

I don't think this is critical for 37 but we are giving users a way to shoot themselves in the foot. ni Philipp for UX perspective.

Yes, that's definitely an issue we should solve. Michael Verdi has been looking at the full screen transition in general and the dialog in question is part of that so he might have input here.

Like Philipp said, this is definitely something we should solve. I'm meeting with Jet and others later this week to discuss the various related issues here. I'll have a better idea of what approach we should take after that.

We are going with an approach that will essentially use "always allow" on full screen. See Bug 1129061 comment 2 for details.

As bug 1160017 has removed permission management for fullscreen, there is no "always deny" anymore. Mark as fixed.
