Based on Bug 1136300 (in comment 25) it sounds like the Hello and Share buttons may be re-appearing with Nightly updates. Florin can your team confirm that this is happening? Thanks!
I've tried today to reproduce this on Windows 7 x64, Mac OS X 10.9.5 and Ubuntu 14.04 x64, but I had no success. I installed Nightly from March 11, moved the Hello button to the hamburger menu, then updated to the latest nightly. The Hello button was never brought back to the toolbar after update and restart (I tried both with e10s enabled and disabled). There may be additional steps required to reproduce this. Anthony Ricaud also mentioned in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1136300#c25 that he tried to reproduce this a second time but couldn't.
Thanks for trying to reproduce this -- it seemed good to get some confirmation that it was really fixed. I think we can close this as worksforme.
