Today, the stage store takes longer than usual to load, I look for "onlyboku" or "bangoandboku" and get a screen like the one attached, as usual. I press the button with the price, and nothing happens, no error message or anything, it just ignores that I pressed the button (well, it turns a slightly lighter blue, and the data tx/rx icon flashes for a second, but nothing else)...
...it's worth noting that if I press that same button, but of a previously purchased app, it requests permission to install, and does install it... BUT the button doesn't change from "Install" to "Open" like it should.

This should be fixed now in bug 1142912. Sorry about that.
