114340 - Labels column does not always remember its state

In build 2001120808, the steps to reproduce the bug is as follows:
1) open a navigator window
2) open mail and do not click on anything else in the mail window.
3) make sure the labels column is _not_ showing.
4) close the mail window
5) open mail and do not click on anything else in the mail window.
6) make it so the labels column is showing, and _do_not_ click on anything else.
7) close the mail window
8) open the mail window, notice that the labels column is not there.

If steps 1-6 are done _and_ a message is selected in the thread pane at the end
of step 6, then the labels column's state is remembered the next time mail is
opened.

I'm not sure if this is a labels' column issue or just an issue with columns in
general.
