This looks like the Nvidia driver that is crashing. I'm not sure there's much to do here, except to try updating your drivers.

Moving this to core webrtc, as this wouldn't be loop specific.

It may be a driver bug, please update to the latest ones. Probably 341.44 in your case and redo the crashing STR.
After updating - driver now version 9.18.13.4144 - I still crash with the same str, but different signature: bp-173ac7f4-fb06-4d06-bbb1-fd96a2150319

Also encountered the below signatures - which seem pretty much related with the ones from this report - when I click on 'Share my Tabs' option without starting a conversation in latest Nightly e10s disabled, Windows 7 64-bit:

bp-bf061865-4b2b-414b-ae2c-f0d442150319
bp-36c37afd-8324-4634-9fe6-bc9df2150319

Any ideas?
Looks like a graphics driver that's crashing.
