Description:
When a user imports contacts directly from their SIM card, they will observe that the confirmation text loses it's formatting and the words are joined together, as opposed to having equal spacing between words.

PreReq:
* SIM card in phone
* Contacts on SIM to import
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150316010202
2) Open the 'Contacts' app.
3) Tap the 'Gear' for Contacts Settings.
4) Tap 'Import Contacts'.
5) Import Contacts from your SIM card
6) Observe text the button adopts with timestamp of import.

Actual:
Spacing breaks between words after importing contacts from SIM
RTL: TODAY 2:15 PMImported
LTR: Imported TODAY 2:15 PM //(same as expected)

Expected:
Spacing is consistent for the language after import.
RTL: PM 2:15 TODAY Imported (note spacing, translation may differ)
LTR: Imported TODAY 2:15 PM //(same as actual)

This issue can not be reproduced on latest build of Flame 2.2/3.0 and Nexus5 2.2/3.0 by STRs in comment 0.
