[1.Description]
[Nexus 5_v2.2&3.0][Flamev2.2]:In new message, input at least 3 lines of words, invoke caret in last line, it will be covered by keyboard.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Luanch Message.
2. Input some words.(at least 3 lines)
3. Long tap the last line of message field to posit the cursor.
4. Check the caret.

Note: This issue exists on other APPs(text field).

[3.Expected Result]: 
4. According to TC, the caret should overlay the keyboard.

4. The caret is covered by keyboard.
