(Reporter: ngriswold, Unassigned)
Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:39.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/39.0
Build ID: 20150312030248
Steps to reproduce:
Start a remote desktop session to computer with Firefox already running.
https://superuser.com/questions/890241/firefox-36-display-problems-after-using-remote-desktop
Actual results:
Top tab bar becomes transparent and min/max/close buttons become unusable. This has been going on for a long time with Firefox and makes it a nuisance/unusable in environments when rdp is heavily used.
Expected results:
Top tab bar does not become transparent and min/max/close buttons do not become unusable.
Probably a dupe.

This looks like it may be a duplicate of bug 594407.
ngriswold, could you check to see if the workaround mentioned in that bug (disabling hardware acceleration) resolves the problem?

Disabling hardware acceleration does not resolve the issue for me. I just tested that again to be sure by verifying hardware acceleration was still disabled and restarted the browser. I was able to reproduce the problem by using RDP with the default settings. The only workaround that worked for me in my testing was minimizing the browser before the RDP session.

Ok, thanks for testing - not bug 594407 then.
Perhaps it's bug 656891? The symptoms sound similar, and several users have reported seeing it while using RDP. Could you check to see if the screenshots in that bug look similar to what you're seeing?
That is exactly the problem. I changed this as duplicate. Thanks.
