I currently do not see any purpose for the warm launch phase. All a warm launch does it open an app, background it, and then foreground it. We have no mechanism for apps to tell us when it has "reloaded" from a warm launch. Lets remove this phase to avoid confusion from users; I think first launch and cold launch cover the bulk of use cases.
