Details

Set up a bucket to store logs, for S3 access logs (http://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/UG/ManagingBucketLogging.html) and also for applications, since we expect nodes to be ephemeral. We should set a reasonable expiration policy on the bucket as well.
We can probably close this, yeah? We've got other logging setups in place now.
