Details
In working on an in-app payments demo app recently I found that the receipt verification stuff doesn't work locally.
To reproduce add http://fxpay.muffinresear.ch/manifest.webapp as a hosted app, add some in-app products and try and buy them.
You can toggle the app pointing at http://mp.dev with the link at the bottom of the app: http://fxpay.muffinresear.ch/
