Describe the issue you're reporting in great detail, including some of the following information:
* Windows 8.1
* AMD FX 8120
* AMD Radeon HD 7600 Series
* Follow the directions in Test 3 (Stress Test). Run the 3 videos in the background in 1080HD, the open all the tabs for all the videos and set all to theatre mode, then set all to highest resolution. Start seeking backward and forward on each video. Some videos will cease to play or just buffer forever.

1. Load the following URLs each in their own tab:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qqPX1t-98rU&hd=1
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-ORhEE9VVg
2. Cycle through the tabs, setting all videos to theater mode
3. Cycle through the tabs, setting all videos to highest bitrate playback mode (using the gear icon)
4. Cycle through the tabs, seeking all videos backward
5. Cycle through the tabs, setting all videos to a 480p video mode and seek them forward
6. Cycle back through the tabs, set to highest bitrate and seek backward far enough that they have at least 30s remaining on all videos
7. Let everything play at once for about 30s

Note: this does not reproduce for me on my Razerblade laptop so this may be hardware dependent.

Strangely, for me, the only available resolution for all of these videos is 360p.

Also, just FYI: this video seems to have been removed by YouTube.

In any case, let's rule out MSE issues first. Redirecting to Core :: Audio / Video.
