Bug 1132566 made browser_privatebrowsing_aboutHomeButtonAfterWindowClose.js e10s compatible and disabled it[1] (due to Bug 1142678). The original non-e10s compatible test was moved to browser_privatebrowsing_aboutHomeButtonAfterWindowClose_old.js in order to maintain non-e10s test coverage. Once Bug 1142678 is fixed, the new e10s compatible test should be enabled and browser_privatebrowsing_aboutHomeButtonAfterWindowClose_old.js should be removed.
