Actual Result:
Video starts to stutter, and becomes choppy when the user selects to run test # 2 (Stress test) by navigating to the following links:

And setting the video quality of each video to the highest resolution setting

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open up each listed video URL in a new tab
2. Set each video to theater mode; with the highest video resolution 
3. Observe that video play back becomes choppy

I cannot reproduce this on my Razerblade laptop running Windows 8. Todd, can you check if this reproduces for you with Firefox 37 from beta.mozilla.org?
