Notes:
- We're using "successful installs" instead of downloads, because that was what dbialer pointed me at in GA.
- The data dictionary actually has "conversion" listed, instead of straight installs/downloads. bneveux requested "downloads" specifically -- should we add conversion as well, given that we have the data (installs/visits)?
- %FxOS devices is the gap (missing FxOS MAU)
- I'll create a separate bug for the "to be provided by telin" metrics

I've moved Installs above MAUs and added a new row for Installs/Visits.
