This is a tracking bug for work needed to enable the Ability to Apply Sort to
Bookmarks.

Now possible to apply sort to Bookmarks via:

- clicking column header
- selecting sort options from the "View" menu in the Bookmarks Manager window

Sort settings are also now persisted across sessions.
