[Flame v2.2&3.0][Nexus 5 v2.2&3.0][Settings]Device comes back to homescreen after we unlock the device in Privacy Controls page.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Privacy Controls item under Privacy & Security section.
3. Enter Privacy Controls page.
4. Press Power button once.
5. Wait for a moment.
6. Press Power button again and unlock device.


[3.Expected Result]: 
6. Device should remain in Privacy Controls page.

[4.Actual Result]: 
6. Device comes back to homescreen.

Compare to current the other apps, this is an inconsistent behavior.
Please make a decision to see if we need to put to backlog or fix it on latest branch.

This issue still occurs on the Flame Master and Aries Master

Settings app will force close after going into privacy and quickly tapping the power button twice.

This issue does not occur on Flame 2.2

The settings app does not force close when following the steps in Comment 0. I attempted this several times but could not reproduce the issue.

Please ignore comment 4. I was running into the known memory regression issue that is only affecting master. I thought I was reproducing this issue since i was basically was using the same steps in Comment 0 but doing it with "Browser Privacy". 

"Privacy Controls" only exists on engineering builds. This option does not appear when full flashing the device to the nightly build. 

Yes, this is issue still occurring on Flame Master and Flame 2.2 engineering builds.
