Also, the default focus of the dialog (at least on Linux) is incorrect: the text
widget for the search key should take focus by default.  Also, hitting [enter]
after entering a search term provides inconsistent results: sometimes it will do
a search and sometimes nothing will happen.

The dialog has mnemonics for the items, they just are not being shown because of
bug 68841.
