Description:
When changing the Call Barring passcode, the 'New passcode' header is off center.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150318010207
2) Launch the Settings app and navigate to Call Settings > Call Barring
3) Select Change Passcode and enter in the the current passcode.

Actual:
'New passcode' Header is displayed left of center.

Expected:
The Header is centered properly.

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.2.
'New passcode' header is off center.
