Installation Dialog
When value short_name in manifest.webapp is a boolean "true", the name shown in installation dialog is "{{ name }}" but the name shown in Homescreen/Settings is "true"

The attachment files are different screenshot. One is installation dialog and the other one is Homescreen. You can see different names shown.

The behavior of "short_name=false" is different. It uses "name" instead of "short_name" just like bug 1140265 proposed.
