(Whiteboard: [platform-rel-Youtube])

Reproducible with:
- Firefox 37 Beta 7 - BuildID: 20150319212106
- latest Adobe Flash - 11.2.202.451

Reproducible on: Ubuntu 14.04 x64

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Firefox with a fresh profile and go to https://www.youtube.com/.
2. Start a video and see if you get an add (start next video or repeat with fresh profile until you get an add).
3. When you get an add, go to full screen and move the mouse around also hovering the "Skip add" button.

Expected results:
Add still plays fine.

Actual results:
There is some ugly video flickering when moving the mouse around. Some flickering also seems to show when in fullscreen and there are multiple overlays on the video, but it's only slightly visible.

Notes:
- this is not a recent regression as it seems to also show the same way in Firefox 32.0.3

I'm going to close this on the basis that YouTube has obsoleted Flash.
