Currently, bug 1141365 uses a prebuilt busybox and a prebuilt extract_elf_ramdisk executable as part of the external/init_sh package.

It should remove both of these as prebuilts and build them both from source instead.
I completely forgot about this bug when I filed bug 1203615. Since nothing has been done on this one and I filed bug 1203612 for extract_elf_ramdisk and bug 1203615 for busybox, I'm going to mark this one as the duplicate.
