* STR:
1. Open Camera and enter recording mode
2. start recording
3. During recording, press volume button (up or down)

* Expected result:
Volume can be adjusted.

* Actual result:
Recording is terminated and volume is not adjusted.

Correct this issue. Volume button cannot work not only as recording but also as using camera app.

* STR:
1. Open Camera app and press Volume button
2. Enter recording mode and press volume button

* Actual results:
1. At step 1, it would take photo instead of adjusting volume
2. At step 2, it would start recording instead of adjusting volume

* Expected results:
Only adjusting volume after pressing volume button

1. restart phone
2. open camera and press volume button at Photo mode
3. switch to video mode and press volume button
