When user selects all in an email, the cursor position is awkward. 

[Repro Steps]:
Prereq: Set up email account info.
1. Open email app
2. Tap on any mail
3. Long press on mail content
4. Tap select all icon

Note that this is a system issue, the email app has no control over this placement.  This will need to be duped to or depend on a bug in another component.

IIRC, the email body cannot be selected in this phase, so there shouldn't be "long press to show utility bubble" behavior here.

It depends whether the message body is text/plain or text/html.  This message must be text/plain.
