some time ago legal's "Distribution/Bundling" component was renamed to "Firefox Distribution/Bundling".

the project kickoff form is still trying to create bugs in the old component, and is failing:

[Bug 1146405] Failed to create additional moz-project-review bugs: legal : There is no component named 'Distribution/Bundling in the 'Legal' product.
