I would open my bookmarks.html-file with the composer.
So I marked the file in my explorer, made a right-click and selected "edit". But
the composer opened not the file. He displayed the following text:
<html>
<head>
  <title></title>
  <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1">
</head>
<body>
<br>
</body>
</html>

Reproducible: Always
This happens only when browser is running -> bug 88123
