114673 - URL Bar hangs

When I first start up Moz, the URL bar has the current location hi-lited, 
however when I try to click it to change the URL the URL bar doesn't respond.  
The text remains hi-lited, but doesn't respond to any keyboard events to change 
the current address.  It seems to lock out any user events based on the keyboard

Eric, do you have Mozilla configured to open mail&news also too, when you start
browser? If yes, it's a dupe of bug 107926, otherwise it might be bug 107405.

Reporter: Please always specify which "Build ID" you're using, as displayed in
the title bar of Mozilla.
