full screen does not hide the navigation bar

Clicking View> Full Screen (or F11), does not remove the navigation bar
(not completely, see screenshots). The address bar disappears, but the buttons
stay there.
Expected result: also the navigation buttons should disappear when switching to
the full screen mode.

xp apps... This is probably a duplicate of the "implement full screen mode" bug
(this feature is _not_ done yet).
